The Non-Tenure-Track Faculty Learning Community (FLC) is co-sponsored by the Office of Faculty Affairs and the Center for Teaching and Learning. Each year, its members focus on learning and sharing information in support of non-tenure-track faculty, relating to relevant experiences, policies, networking, and data.
The CTL issues a call for participation in FLCs at the start of each Fall semester; however, it is also possible to join our FLC mid-year (contact us).
If you are interested in leadership pathways for NTT faculty members, you may also want to join the "Leadership Pathways and Development for Faculty in Non-Tenured Lines" Faculty Interest Group. See a list of all FIGs you can be a part of here.
