This FIG will pull together both veteran leaders and those who aspire to be leaders in non-tenured faculty lines. The learning goals of this FIG are as follows: 1. to establish a mentor – mentee system that pairs veteran non-tenure-track (NTT) leaders with aspiring NTT leaders; 2. to invite two NTT leaders at UGA to share their leadership journey with FIG members; 3. to partner with the NTT Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) on matters relating to representation and recognition of NTT. The social goals are as follows: 1. to create a network of NTT leaders across the university; 2. to partner with the NTT FLC to hold two social events during the 2025-2026 academic year for building community and networking. To join this group, contact Allison Nealy at anealy@uga.edu.
Non-Tenure Track faculty with graduate status are eligible to teach GradFIRST courses and all faculty are eligible to teach a Transfer Launch Seminar
