Dr. Sarah C. Jantzi is the PI of the Plasma Chemistry Lab and specializes in trace metals analysis. She has been a member of the NTT FLC since 2019. She coordinates the research scientist Dossier Writing Group and liaises with the Office of Research.

Dr. Lynn Abdouni focuses on Geospatial Analysis and Environmental Design. She has been involved in the FLC since 2025.

Dr. Allison Nealy is in the Department of Language and Literacy Education, where she is also Department Head, and the Department of Communication Sciences and Special Education. She has led the "Leadership Pathways and Development for Faculty in Non-Tenured Lines" Faculty Interest Group since 2024.

Dr. Sherry Clouser is an Academic Professional in the College of Veterinary Medicine. Her interests include educational development, the use of technology in teaching and learning, and mentoring.

Dr. Melissa Landers-Potts is the Interim Assistant Dean for Academic Programs and teaches as a principal lecturer in the department of Human Development and Family Science. She serves as a Faculty Affairs Committee Representative until 2028.

Dr. Ed Sperr is a Systems and Discovery Librarian in the Main Library. He serves as a Faculty Affairs Committee Representative until 2028.

Dr. Julie Grainy was the co-facilitator for the NTT FLC from 2023-2025 and has been an active member of the FLC since 2020. She coordinates the lecturer Dossier Writing Group and helps plan the annual NTT Spring networking event.

Dr. Nicole Jones has been involved with the NTT FLC since 2021, and was previously a co-facilitator. Her interests include quantitative & qualitative data analysis, survey research,  & program evaluation.  

John Brocato is a Technical Communication Lecturer in the School of Chemical, Materials, and Biomedical Engineering. He has been involved with the NTT FLC since 2019, and was previously a co-facilitator.

Dr. Paul Matthews, retired in 2025. He was a Senior Academic Professional and the Associate Director for the Office of Service-Learning. He was involved in non-tenure-track faculty issues and the FLC since 2015, and was previously a co-facilitator.

Dr. Clair McClure is a Senior Lecturer and Undergraduate Coordinator in the department of Textiles, Merchandising and Interiors in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences. She has been involved in the NTT FLC since 2016. She teaches courses on retailing, entrepreneurship, and professional development for the fashion industry.  

Dr. Wided Najahi-Missaoui is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in  Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences, a Pharm.D., and a master's degree in Pharmaceutics, and has been recognized with the first College of Pharmacy Outstanding New Alumnus Award and multiple Achievement Rewards for College Scientists.

Dr. Kathy Thompson is a Clinical Professor of Middle Grades Education in the Mary Frances Early College of Education. Her scholarship focuses on the education of young adolescents, the professional learning of teachers, experiential learning, and school-university partnerships. 

Dr. Emily Mouilso is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology and the Director of the Psychology Clinic.

Duncan Elkins focuses on data literacy in the Warnell undergraduate program, teaching biostatistics and providing support for data analysis, visualization, and communication topics throughout the curriculum.

Dr. Don DeMaria is an Academic Professional and Director of the Washington Semester program, and was previously a representative for Academic Professionals on the Faculty Affairs Committee until 2025. 

Dr. Eman Saleh is a lecturer in computer science and was the representative for Lecturers on the Faculty Affairs Committee of University Council until 2025.

Dr. Chris Mojock is a Clinical Associate Professor in the College of Education and was the Clinical Faculty representative on the Faculty Affairs Committee until 2025.

Erin Leach is a Librarian IV and was the representative for Librarians on the Faculty Affairs Committee of University Council until 2025

Dr. Carolina Darbisi is a Senior Public Service Associate faculty member and Assistant Director of the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development. She was the representative for Public Service Faculty on the Faculty Affairs Committee until 2025.

Dr. Dehai Zhao is a Senior Research Scientist in the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources and was the Research Scientist representative on the Faculty Affairs Committee until 2025.
