NTT Mentoring

Fanning faculty shot

Do you have questions about your role? Do you have experience as a senior faculty member? The Faculty Learning Community facilitates an informal Mentoring network for faculty in non-tenure-track ranks. The network, started in 2019, provides a way to identify colleagues with whom to discuss navigating our non-tenure-track roles, including promotion, teaching, research, professional development, or other topics.

We are interested in identifying experienced faculty who are willing to meet/talk with others in their school/college, and/or in their same career track in other parts of campus.  We are also seeking NTT faculty who would like to be paired with an experienced member.

To join the network as a potential mentor, mentee, or both, complete this NTT mentoring sign-up survey.

If you have previously participated, you may update your profile by re-completing the survey, at any time.
